Re-elect Russo

I am writing this letter in support of Theresa Russo for the Cooperstown Central School Board of Education. I have known Theresa for several years and have witnessed firsthand her passion for instilling pride, confidence and a positive attitude for her children, community and school.

Theresa’s experience teaching child development at SUNY Oneonta is her best attribute. She knows what it takes for our children to succeed in college and in the job market. Her approach to education is with infectious enthusiasm. She does her homework on every issue, listens to all sides and then forms an objective opinion. Her positive and passionate views towards education make her not only the best choice, but the only choice.

After attending the “meet the candidates night” last night I definitely will be voting for Theresa Russo on May 20 and encourage everyone to do the same.

  • Please Click Here I have always gone to the library. When I was young, my mother took my siblings and me to our local library at least once a week to select books. I felt I had the world at my fingertips, so many books to explore!

  • Our Readers' Opinions After living in the western southern tier for 10 years, my wife and I decided to visit the Hall of Fame today, June 20, before moving out of the area in a few weeks. We enjoyed the museum, but parking in Cooperstown proved to be a formidable gauntlet.
