Beautification winners named
Jane Forbes Clark, President
of The Clark Foundation,
announced recently the
winners of the Cooperstown
Beautification Program contest
for 2008.
This year’s judges are
Harry Teich and Robert
Sutherland.
Teich, from Hartwick,
owned and operated Snowden
Hill Farms for 20 years.
Sutherland is the Greenhouse
Manager and Horticultural
Instructor at SUNY
Cobleskill.
Category I: Most Attractive
Floral Display in a Business
Setting. First, Richard

Cooperstown. Judge’s Comments:
Window boxes display
a multitude of well balanced
colors. A full, lush, eye-catching
