Brookwood benefit auction is Dec. 5

The Brookwood School’s 12th annual Holiday Evening and Benefit Auction is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 5 at 6:30 p.m. This annual event will be held in the multi-purpose room at The Brookwood School. 687 County Hwy 59, Cooperstown.

There will be both a live and silent auctions at this event.

While most events at The Brookwood School are family-oriented, the Holiday Auction is designed as an evening for adults — and admission is free.

Once again, the popular homemade holiday cookie boxes will be for sale. Cookie boxes are a holiday bargain at $15 per large box.

Examples of items from previous auctions have included a week at the beach in Cape Cod, a weekend trip to NYC, dinners from restaurants and catered by chefs, artwork and antiques, classes, and gift packages. Call the school, at 547-4060 to donate an item or for more information about this event.
