Ryan said he also has been working towards more effective communication between staff members at the school. He revamped the daily bulletin for staff members.
Ryan said he has tried to think of “all those important pieces to make CV-S employees feel valued and that they have a voice in the way our school is going.”

“I’m trying to balance the needs and priorities with things that we want,” he continued.
However, the overall experience has been positive, Ryan said.
“I’ve enjoyed the challenges and look forward to building relationships with staff, students and community members.”
“There are a lot of great things happening here at CV-S,” Ryan continued.
Ryan said he is currently drafting the budget for the CV-S School District and it will be presented to the Board of Education on Thursday at 7 p.m.
“Community members are welcome to attend,” Ryan said.
