---- — The Cooperstown Art Association will host an opening reception of an exhibit and the re-opening of its Artist Sales Gallery.

Festivities will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 8. “An Artistic Discovery” the Congressional Art Competition for Otsego County high school students will be on display in Gallery A through March 29. According to a media release, the Artist Sales Gallery will once again be filled and open for gift-giving needs through November.
