Miller, Spinelli to team up at CBTP

William Miller, a licensed real estate salesperson and member of the Otsego-Delaware Multiple Listing Service, has announced his association with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties in Cooperstown.

“Having been involved in the Cooperstown real estate market for the past decade, I’ve experienced first-hand the industry shift from being locally-centric to one in which success is realized through seeking opportunity world-wide,” said Miller in a release.

“I am fortunate to be working with such a dynamic, progressive and innovative real estate organization as Coldwell Banker/Timberland Properties, headed up by Eric Wedemeyer, the firm’s owner and broker. I’m looking forward to leveraging the company’s international brand recognition and affiliations, its dedicated luxury site,, and its use of cutting edge technology/marketing practices to best promote the Cooperstown area real estate market,” he continued.

According to the release, Miller founded his first company at age 21. His manufacturing business produced components used in the semi-conductor industry. After successfully growing it for 20 years, he sold it to a multi-national corporation. He and his wife have purchased, renovated and sold numerous houses and constructed their own handcrafted log home on Otsego Lake. He also owns the website/business, which focuses on the summer-rental market.

“It is exciting to be entering the Cooperstown real estate market with two fine and hard working agents,” Wedemeyer said in the release. “Bill Miller is well known and respected in the Cooperstown area and will be partnering with Carol Spinelli. Carol is the top agent for volume of sales at Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, as well as in the top 6 percent of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. I believe Bill and Carol will be the ‘Dream Team’ for real estate in the Cooperstown Region bringing our company’s 43 years of experience to help promote the many attributes that Cooperstown has to offer.”
