The Cooperstown Concert Series will bring Annie and the Hedonists to the stage at the Otesaga Resort Hotel at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12.
According to a media release from the concert series, the group performs a mix of acoustic folk, torchy blues, standards, bluegrass, gospel and early jazz with a sampling of honky tonk.
One reviewer described leader Annie Rosen’s vocals as “sultry, blues-tinged and honey-voiced.”
This eclectic band offers something for everyone, the release stated, with influences as diverse as Billie Holiday and Bob Dylan.
Tickets are available at Ellsworth and Sill, Church & Scott, and The Fly Creek General Store. Tickets are often available at the door, though concerts sometimes sell out in advance. Call the concert series, not the venues, for concert information.
