Addy Lawson scored 18 of Milford’s 20 fourth-quarter points to lead the Wildcats to a Tri-Valley League road win.

Lawson finished with 30 points, including all four of the Wildcats’ three-pointers.

Maddy Zenir contributed 11 points for Milford, which outscored Laurens, 34-20, in the second half.

Courtney Sherry’s 12 points paced the Leopards (4-6, 2-4), who received 11 rebounds from Shalyn Tilley.

Mallory Arthurs scored six of her 10 points as visiting Cooperstown went on a 15-6 run in the third quarter that helped it to a Center State Conference victory.

Cooperstown trailed, 31-29, at halftime.

“We thought we could press and in the second quarter they scored 19 points,” Cooperstown coach Mike Niles said. “Then we just tried to play a half-court game and built some separation.”

Midway through the final quarter, S.J. Morosko turned a steal into a layup and Maggie Hall hit a three-pointer as Cooperstown took a 12-point lead.

Liz Millea had a game-high 16 points. Hall finished with 14 points. Lucy Ford had nine points, 15 rebounds and nine blocks.

Arthurs also had 10 rebounds for Cooperstown.
