Approved by Planning Board: - The Planning Board made a resolution/ recommendation to the Trustees regarding a Coordinated Development District on Grove Street proposed by Joe Galati on parcels currently owned by the Leatherstocking Railway. - A zoning permit was issued for exterior renovations and shed removal at 85 Pioneer St. - Grace Kull presented a plot plan for parking to facilitate a proposed Tourist Accommodation facility at her home, 19 Church St. The matter is under consideration. - Ned Walker and Susan Snell presented preliminary proposed improvements for housing between Chestnut Street and Pine Boulevard on a plottage of parcels that includes the former Smith Ford Building. - A zoning permit was issued for sidewall work and window replacement at 88 Lake St. - A zoning permit was issued for demolition of a non-contributing shed and construction of a stable at 34 Delaware. - A zoning permit was issued for sidewall replacement on three sides of the structure situated at 61 Susquehanna. - A sign permit was issued to the Cooperstown Art Association at 22 Main St. to add a small "open" and "closed" sign to the existing freestanding sign on the front lawn.
